Privacy policy
We take the protection of your personal data seriously. This statement explains what information we collect when you visit our website or contact us, how we use it, and what rights you have in connection with that processing.
1. Data controller
The controller responsible for data processing on this website — and, where applicable, within the meaning of Article 4(7) of the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) — is:
Digipulse Consulting Pte. Ltd.
10 Anson Road, #33-10C
International Plaza
Singapore 079903
Republic of Singapore
Represented by its directors Antonina Dzamashvili and Wong Shi Quan. You can reach us by email at hello@digipulse-consulting.com.
2. General information
Personal data is any information that relates to an identified or identifiable natural person. This includes details such as your name, email address, telephone number, company and the content of any message you send us.
We process personal data only to the extent necessary to provide a functional website and to respond to your enquiries. Processing is carried out in accordance with applicable data-protection law — in particular the Singapore Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) and, where European visitors are concerned, the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
3. Server log files
When you access our website, the provider of our web hosting service automatically collects and stores information in so-called server log files, which your browser transmits to us. These include:
- browser type and version
- operating system used
- referrer URL
- host name of the accessing device
- time of the server request
- IP address (in anonymised form)
This data is not merged with other data sources. We reserve the right to review the data at a later date if we become aware of specific indications of unlawful use. The legal basis for processing is our legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR) in the secure and stable operation of the website.
4. Cookies
Our website uses only technically necessary cookies. These small text files are stored on your device by your browser and do not cause any damage. We do not use cookies for marketing, tracking or profiling purposes.
Most browsers accept cookies automatically. You can configure your browser so that no cookies are stored on your device, or so that a notice appears before a new cookie is created. If you disable cookies entirely, some functions of this website may not work properly.
5. Contact form and email
If you contact us through the form on this website or by email, we process the data you provide (including name, company, email address and the content of your message) for the sole purpose of handling your enquiry and any follow-up questions that may result from it.
The legal basis for processing is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR, where your enquiry relates to a potential or existing contractual relationship, or Article 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in responding to enquiries addressed to us).
Data you submit through the contact form remains with us until you ask us to delete it, revoke your consent to its storage, or the purpose for which it was stored no longer applies (for example, once we have finished processing your enquiry). Mandatory statutory retention requirements — in particular retention periods under applicable law — remain unaffected.
6. Hosting
Our website is hosted by an external service provider. The personal data collected on this website is stored on the servers of that hosting provider. This may include IP addresses, contact requests, metadata and communications, contract information, contact details, names, website access data and similar information.
We use the hosting provider for the purpose of fulfilling contracts with our potential and existing clients (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR) and in the interest of a secure, fast and efficient provision of our online presence by a professional provider (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).
7. Google Fonts
This website uses so-called Google Fonts provided by Google Ireland Limited ("Google"), Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland, for the uniform display of fonts. When you access a page, your browser loads the required fonts into its browser cache to display text and fonts correctly.
For this purpose, your browser must establish a connection to Google's servers. As a result, Google becomes aware that our website has been accessed from your IP address. The use of Google Fonts is based on Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. We have a legitimate interest in a uniform presentation of the fonts on our website.
Further information on Google Fonts can be found at developers.google.com/fonts/faq and in Google's privacy policy at policies.google.com/privacy.
8. SSL/TLS encryption
For security reasons and to protect the transmission of confidential content (for example, enquiries you send to us as the site operator), this site uses SSL or TLS encryption. You can recognise an encrypted connection by the fact that the address line of the browser changes from http:// to https:// and by the lock symbol in your browser bar. When SSL or TLS encryption is active, the data you transmit to us cannot be read by third parties.
9. Your rights as a data subject
Within the framework of applicable data-protection law — in particular the GDPR for visitors in the European Union and the PDPA in Singapore — you have the following rights concerning your personal data:
- Right of access (Art. 15 GDPR): You have the right to obtain confirmation as to whether personal data concerning you is being processed, and, where that is the case, access to that data.
- Right to rectification (Art. 16 GDPR): You have the right to have inaccurate personal data corrected and incomplete data completed.
- Right to erasure (Art. 17 GDPR): You have the right to request the deletion of your personal data, where the legal conditions for erasure are met.
- Right to restriction of processing (Art. 18 GDPR): You have the right to request that the processing of your personal data be restricted under certain conditions.
- Right to data portability (Art. 20 GDPR): You have the right to receive personal data concerning you in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format.
- Right to object (Art. 21 GDPR): You have the right, on grounds relating to your particular situation, to object at any time to the processing of personal data concerning you.
- Right to withdraw consent: Where processing is based on your consent, you have the right to withdraw that consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before the withdrawal.
- Right to lodge a complaint: You have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority — in particular in the Member State of your habitual residence or place of work within the European Union, or with the Personal Data Protection Commission (PDPC) in Singapore.
To exercise any of these rights, please contact us at hello@digipulse-consulting.com. We respond to such requests without undue delay.
10. Sharing data with third parties
We pass your personal data on to third parties only in narrowly defined circumstances:
- where you have given us your express consent to do so (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR),
- where disclosure is necessary for the performance of a contract with you (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR),
- where there is a legal obligation to disclose the data (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR), or
- where disclosure is necessary to protect our legitimate interests, and these are not overridden by your interests or fundamental rights and freedoms (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
11. Updates to this privacy policy
We reserve the right to amend this privacy policy from time to time so that it continues to comply with current legal requirements or to reflect changes in our services. The most recent version always applies to your next visit to our website. The date at the top of this page indicates when it was last updated.
