Why we sit in Singapore.

Not for tax reasons. Not for convenience. Singapore is one of the very few places on the planet where European thoroughness and Asian execution speed meet every day — and learn from each other. That geography is not an accident; it is the precondition for the kind of work we do.

From our office on the 33rd floor of International Plaza on Anson Road, we work with companies in the DACH region that want to grow in ASEAN — and with Asian brands that want to reach Europe without reducing themselves to the usual clichés. The address matters because the work matters.

Our convictions

Six convictions we don't negotiate.

Senior means senior.

Whoever sells the engagement leads the engagement. No hidden junior teams, no staffing pyramids. Seniority is not a sales argument for us — it is the operating model itself.

Truth before comfort.

Useful advice is often uncomfortable. We disagree when it matters, and we deliver inconvenient findings without wrapping them in a bow. We judge our own work not by how happy clients are during the project — but by what happens after we leave the room.

Execution is the point.

Strategies that cannot be executed are worthless. We think backwards from the outcome and we stay until the thing actually works. Sometimes that means sitting next to the client team and rolling up our sleeves. We consider that part of the job.

Technology serves the business.

We're enthusiasts of AI and automation — but never for their own sake. Every recommendation has to make sense in a currency a CFO recognises. Everything else is expensive theatre, and we'd rather not produce theatre.

We choose our clients.

We work only with companies whose ambitions and values align with ours. A small number of well-handled engagements is always more valuable to us than a large pipeline of lukewarm ones.

Boutique by conviction.

We will never be the largest consultancy — and that is exactly the point. Our structure exists so partners can give every engagement the attention it deserves. Scale is the enemy of depth.
